Payment Data Handling

When you deposit via PhonePe, UPI, or Paytm, the transaction is routed through a PCI-compliant payment processor. We store only a masked reference — not your full UPI ID or Paytm wallet number — so even a data breach on our servers would not expose your payment credentials.

Data Retention Periods

Account records are kept for as long as your account is active and for a period afterward as required by applicable financial regulations in India. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise personal data within 90 days, except where law requires longer retention of transaction records.

Your Right to Request Changes

You can ask us to correct inaccurate data, update contact details, or delete your account data entirely. We verify your identity first — usually a one-time code sent to your registered email — then carry out the change and confirm it back to you in writing within 72 hours.
